"We love Marion down in the red zone," offensive coordinator Jason Garrett said. "He's got a great track record. But obviously Felix can run down there as well. He's proven that he can do that. He's proven that he can run between the tackles."

While Marion Barber's productivity in the red zone has been great, Jones is also showing the ability to get into the end zone. Jones has had a very strong camp and could vulture a few of Barber's TDs this year.

Rookie first-round draft pick Know-shon Moreno returned to practice for the first time since spraining the medial collateral ligament in his knee against San Francisco on Aug. 14.

We haven't seen much of Moreno during preseason action, but he has looked very good while on the field. He should play a big part in Denver's offense this year.

PewterReport.com is reporting Bucs wide receivers Antonio Bryant and Michael Clayton returned to practice Monday.

Good news for Antonio Bryant owners. With the change at QB for the Buc's along with missing time in camp to gel with the new QB prospects, we don't see Bryant having the same kind of year as last year. However, he is still someone to keep an eye on if he falls to you at the right price in your draft.

Tampa Bay’s extended quarterback derby is over. Byron Leftwich(notes) will start the regular-season opener against the Dallas Cowboys.

Leftwich isn't likely to be a consistent fantasy producer, but WR Antonio Bryant's prospects are probably better with Leftwich at QB than with Luke McCown.

Norwood went down after being tackled by San Diego cornerback Antonio Cromartie. He suffered a left knee injury on the play and did not return.

No timetable for his return has been given. We'll let you know as that information becomes available.

Already thin at wide receiver because of Brandon Marshall’s suspension, the Broncos took another hit when Jabar Gaffney suffered a fractured thumb.

For those of you looking for Gaffney to have a bigger role with Brandon Marshall on the outs, you're going to need to look elsewhere for the time being.

After missing three weeks nursing a sprained toe, Terrell Owens returned to practice Monday.

His toe injury didn't have us concerned, but he has missed a lot of time to get his timing down with QB Trent Edwards. Still, Owens should be draftable as a solid WR2.

Kansas City quarterback Matt Cassel has a sprained medial collateral ligament in his left knee and could miss the Chiefs' season opener and beyond, Yahoo! Sports reported on Monday.

Citing a source within the organization, Yahoo! Sports reported Cassel could miss two to four weeks. He was hurt Saturday night when sacked on the third play of a 14-10 preseason loss to Seattle.

Cassel's draft stock takes an obvious hit here. Tyler Thigpen would likely be the guy to fill in for Cassel until he gets back. Dwayne Bowe was productive with Thigpen at the controls last year, so this news doesn't hurt his value too much.

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Roy E. Williams is likely done for the preseason after injuring his left shoulder on a goal-line collision with cornerback Orlando Scandrick, a source told ESPN's Michael Smith.

Williams has not been lighting it up in preseason, but has shown signs of improving his timing with QB Tony Romo. This setback will drop him a notch or two on our draft board.

The Denver Broncos have suspended Brandon Marshall for the rest of the preseason for insubordination.

Coach Josh McDaniels met with Marshall Friday morning and informed him he was being suspended for conduct detrimental to the team after exhibiting open acts of insubordination Wednesday on the practice field.

Marshall's value continues to take a dive, while Eddy Royal's is on the rise. If Marshall can get his act together he is too talented not to be productive from a fantasy standpoint. However, we advise looking at him as a low-end WR2 or high-end WR3 in your draft until this sorts itself out.
